Quality council in the Corporate Environment

Quality council can be formed with group of Senior Management / Leadership Team in the organization who meets on regular interval to:

• Identify the new opportunities
• Priorities the improvement ideas (identified by the employees through idea generation workshop’s or random ideas shared)
• Understand the quality related issues and identify / suggest appropriate solutions

Panel of the Quality Council also reviews the Projects and identify the Best Project of the organization and award the Project Team.

Quality council plays a vital role in the organization as it would also keep up the rigor of improvement projects.
